Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. items: ~2–5 business days
  • Overseas items: ~5–10 business days
  • Orders may arrive in separate packages

Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the item, supplier, and destination.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Which items are not eligible for returns?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sunglasses & goggles
  • Personal-care products

This policy is strictly enforced for hygiene and safety reasons.

What condition must items be in?
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
Who pays for return shipping?
  • Customer pays for returns (size/fit or change of mind)
  • We cover defective or incorrect items (report within 48 hours)
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for your bank to post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
